I love this quick standing leg workout, it's a barre workout, but you can use a chair, a counter, the or back of the couch so it makes it really versatile and can be done from anywhere. Quick Leg Workout You Can Do Anywhere
The #1 Reason Your Meals Aren't Keeping You Full
You just ate 30 minutes ago and you're already thinking about food again. Sound familiar? Here's the thing, it's probably not a willpower problem. It's a balance problem. Most meals are missing one (or more) of the three macros your body needs to actually stay satisfied: protein, carbs, AND fat. Here's what happens when you skip one: Skip protein → Your body never gets the "I'm full" signal, so you're snacking within the hour. Skip carbs → Your energy tanks and your brain starts screaming for something quick (hello, candy drawer). Skip fat → Nothing sticks.
