As we step into 2026, I want to say this gently: You don’t need fixing. You don’t need a “bounce back.” And you don’t need to punish your body to prove discipline. This year is about: • Feeling stronger, not smaller • Supporting your nervous system, not stressing it • Moving your body in ways that feel good • Nourishing yourself without guilt • Letting health fit into your life instead of taking it over Your body has carried you through a lot. This year, we honor it instead of fighting it. No extreme, no shame. Just steady, supportive habits that help you feel like yourself again. I’m so grateful to walk into this year with you. We take it one day at a time 🤍
