Whatever Bug Is Going Round....
I'm finally back to myself after being so sick for two weeks. Whatever bug has been going round finally got me. This was the first time I have been sick since having my son and let me tell you I thought being a mom was hard at time when I'm well, but trying to still function and care for a baby while sick (he was super sick too) was not fun!! Hope everyone here is well and that with the warm weather finally kicking in we can all stay healthy the rest of the year.
Mindset Monday
It’s inevitable that at some point our nervous system will get triggered, but it’s learning how to respond that changes everything. Hot take: You don't need to "earn" your food 🔥
Okay, real talk... I see so many mamas (myself included, not gonna lie) treating food like something we have to earn through workouts or "being good." But here's the thing - you need to EAT to have ENERGY. Period. You don't earn breakfast by doing a workout first. You don't need to "make up for" that cookie by doing extra cardio. Your body needs fuel to function, to show up for your kids, to literally exist. Hot take? Maybe. But I'm curious - do you ever catch yourself in this mindset? Let's talk about it 👇
Honest check-in mamas
What’s the hardest part about staying consistent with workouts right now? You’re not the only one feeling it.

Happy New Year!
As we step into 2026, I want to say this gently: You don’t need fixing. You don’t need a “bounce back.” And you don’t need to punish your body to prove discipline. This year is about: • Feeling stronger, not smaller • Supporting your nervous system, not stressing it • Moving your body in ways that feel good • Nourishing yourself without guilt • Letting health fit into your life instead of taking it over Your body has carried you through a lot. This year, we honor it instead of fighting it. No extreme, no shame. Just steady, supportive habits that help you feel like yourself again. I’m so grateful to walk into this year with you. We take it one day at a time 🤍
