The #1 mistake I see mamas make with their energy ⚡
You're doing the workouts. You're trying to eat better. But you're STILL tired. Here's what I see all the time: You're waiting too long between meals. Breakfast at 7am. Nothing until noon. Maybe a snack at 3pm when you're already crashing. Dinner at 6 or 7pm. That's 5+ hours between fuel. Your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster and your energy is paying the price. The fix? Eat every 2-3 hours. Even if it's small. Protein, carbs, and fats. Consistently. All day. It sounds simple (and honestly, it is). But it WORKS. Who else is guilty of going way too long without eating? 🙋‍♀️

Mindset reset for the mama who's already "behind" this week 💕
It's Tuesday and you might already feel like you're playing catch-up. Maybe you didn't meal prep Sunday. Maybe Monday was chaos. Maybe you're reading this thinking "I'll start fresh NEXT week." Here's your reminder: You don't have to wait until next Monday to reset. You can start right now. This meal. This moment. Building energy isn't about being perfect from Sunday night to Saturday. It's about making the next right choice, even when the day already feels messy. So here's your Tuesday permission slip: Start now. Not next week. NOW. What's ONE thing you're doing TODAY to take care of yourself? Drop it below 👇

@Jenn T I LOVE that so much!!! Yes it's so much harder for most people to get the workout in at the end of the day.
5 Things I Wish I Knew Before Postpartum
Here are 5 things I wish someone told me before I had my baby… 1. You will need more support than stuff. Those onesies won’t feed you or hold space for your tears. 2. The real recovery is invisible.Everyone will ask how the baby is. Ask yourself how you are. 3. Rest is healing, not lazy. You’re not falling behind, your body is catching up. 4. Breastfeeding might be natural, but it isn’t always easy. And needing help doesn’t mean you’re failing. 5. You won’t “bounce back” you’ll grow forward. This new version of you is softer and stronger. Which one of these do you resinate most with?

Upper Back & Neck Stretches
Here are some of my favorite stretches for the upper back & neck https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/66c93c31?md=11c5e25a586f4ad2a44ca9c1f034a723

@Marieta L Yes these will help because it helps get the entire spine moving including the thoracic spine, but specifically for what you are asking I love either using a foam roller (if you have one) to roll it out or get a tennis ball and roll out in that spot and if you find a knotted spot hold the ball in that spot and just breathe.
Mom Guilt...
Can I be honest for a sec? Sometimes I'm literally counting down the minutes to nap time. Not because I don't love my kid, but because my brain is FRIED and I just need 5 minutes where nobody is touching me or saying "mama" on repeat. And then the guilt hits. Like when I put the TV on so I can actually get something done. Or when I'm overstimulated and I catch myself looking forward to bedtime… and then feel like a terrible mom for it. Am I the only one? If this hit home, I go way deeper into where mom guilt actually comes from and how to start letting it go 👉 https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/3058fed1?md=3b27b1c7c2f549f89657b136698b723d

@Marieta L Give yourself some grace, we have guilt because we care. But we also need to not beat ourselves up over it.

@Jenn T It's so true because I doubt our closest friends or loved ones would have the same opinion of us that we have of ourselves.
