DAY 4 – Where Am I Now?
Today is about awareness. No fixing. No improving. Just noticing where you are right now — honestly and gently. Sometimes awareness itself is the biggest step. Day 4 is ready.

Day 5 is open 🐦 Today we invite playfulness and curiosity. Crow Pose is not about success or failure. it’s about trying, trusting, wobbling, and smiling along the way. Let today be light. Day 5 is open for exploration.

The crow pose is challenging 😊
The Mind Wants to Believe
Most limits don’t start in the body. They start in a thought we believed too early. The mind doesn’t look for truth It looks for certainty. And once the mind believes a story, the body listens. Fear creates contraction. Trust creates space. This week, don’t try to change anything. Just notice what you believe about yourself. Reflection: What belief might be shaping your movement right now?

DAY 6 – Vision Your Future Self
Day 6 is open Today we look forward — gently. Not to chase goals, but to sense direction. How do you want to feel? How does your future self move and breathe? Whatever comes is enough. Day 6 is now available.

Correct, I believe when we are presence with passion then chasing the goal doesn’t feel in the forefront, unless there’s competition. 😊
The greatest tool we have is our body
We are born. We start to move. We crawl, stand up, walk, run, jump. And somewhere along the way… we stop paying attention to it. Yet our body is the most amazing tool we’ve ever been given. Not an app. Not technology. Not an external gadget. 👉 The body is the tool through which we experience life. And if we have something this precious, maybe our goal is not just to “maintain” it, but to explore what it’s truly capable of. Not for performance. Not for ego.But for the joy of movement, for health, for coming back to ourselves. That’s why here, in From Weight to Strength,we’re starting a new series:The basic movement patterns of the human body. Simple. Natural. Human. Step by step, we’ll look at: - hanging and support, - pulling and pushing, - the deep squat, - bending forward, - moving through space, - and also rest and recovery. And for each movement, we’ll add a small perspective for the mind. Because the body moves… and the mind either blocks it, or believes in it. 👉 If you had to answer in one sentence today: What would you like to rediscover about your body? The body wants to move. The mind wants to believe.
