NIKE Speakers:🔊
Nikita YouTube tutorial - Quick modeling - Rendering was a pain due to the pattern of the outside texture. Still having lots of fun in Plasticity 😁

how did you end up rendering the pattern of the outside mesh?
SHARP Cyclone Tutorial progress
Made some progress on practicing using the vacuum tutorial. Finished the bottom rounded surface area that connects to the sweeping part we did in @Nikita Kapustin tutorial on youtube, which as a pain in the @ to get everything lined up.

@Carlos Chavira Yea I think it would be easier if I had to do it again. I figured out that at least for me. To get the front of the model to have the right curvature, I had to start with the bottom before I fully did the top portion with the sweeping top as done in the Youtube video. Working on the bottom molding now.
Stuck with patch not patching
I’m trying to follow a tutorial that has a similar design and mine won’t patch. Anyone have any ideas on how to go about modeling the rest of this? I’ve tried a couple different ways and still stuck. Thanks!

Plasticity to Zbrush Workflow?
I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with hard surface objects designing them in Plasticity first, and then taking it to Zbrush to sculpt on for high rez wear and tear details, UV'ing the model I guess at some point in-between depending on how much cleanup you need to do on the model after Plasticity to keep Surfaces super cleanl. Ultimately what does a workflow look like for making a low rez and highrez models using Plasticity starting with Zbrush and going to substance painter. And then if its worth it to even use Plasticity or just sub-d model to start with.
Sony Walkman TPS - L2
Hi everyone, after some small projects to gain some experience with plasticity, I finally decided to test it in combination with blender for rendering purposes. The bridge is mind blowings. I started to add some materials and only once finished I will setup the final scene. Right now it's just an HDRI.

@Lorenzo Spinola dang looking good! Are you using an add on or something? I’m not familiar with the tabs on the right for your screen shot.
