1) Hi everyone, I’m Sofia, and I’m passionate about sports and nutrition! I’ve never tried calisthenics before, but I’m really looking forward to it. I played competitive tennis for 7 years, and two years ago I fell in love with the gym, high-intensity workouts, and running. For me, working out and maintaining a healthy diet are long-term investments in my health. 2) Complete my first calisthenics workout and run at least 8 km, keeping a consistent pace for each kilometer as part of my speed challenge. 3) Fun fact: eating healthy doesn’t mean eating only vegetables, chicken, and fruit. It means enjoying food you like while also nourishing your body (and brain)!

@George Santos Haha yes! I simply stopped because I decided to take a different path and try getting into new sports, but I still play tennis every now and then. WOW! Huge compliments on your “marathon” 😱 55 km is insane, I can’t even imagine the effort! Really impressive👏

Hi warriors, I hope you are progressing! Some of you may know, that I'm being coached by a very skilled gymnast/calisthenics athlete in rings skills. Three months have passed and I've improved by a lot. Pike Handstand Presses are today a piece of cake. In the past something I could only dream of lol... ANY WAYS even better news: Last Friday I had a personal training session with Anita. Anita has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. She's 69 years old and decided to start calisthenics. I think that's extraordinary. Not because it's unusual to start at 69. But because she simply decided: now. No "am I too old for this." No "this probably isn't for me." Just curiosity and the willingness to learn something new. Age is not a reason not to start. Sometimes it's just an excuse we tell ourselves. If you feel like you need some guidance and a more structured approach, feel free to reach out. Let's make it happen. By the way me telling you I'm undergoing coaching is not to be taken as a sign of incompetence or lack of knowledge. He is simply skilled in a field I'm not. However it SHOWS once again, that with a clear program and structure what seems to be impossible becomes POSSIBLE. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾 Saludos, Coach G

Good job to both of you. A good commitment combined with a professional coach leads to amazing results! Anita is an example for everyone!👏💪
💭What does Freedom mean to you?
Hi warriors, What does freedom mean to you? For a long time I thought freedom was tied to things. Possessions. Goals. A certain idea of how life should look. Then I started thinking about it differently. Our perception is shaped by childhood, the people around us, and the media we consume often without us even noticing. Without metacognition, without consciously questioning our own thoughts, truly free thinking is harder than it sounds. For me, freedom is no longer a concept. It’s a feeling. Specifically: the feeling of gratitude and happiness. Being able to move freely is both expression and gratitude for me. Gratitude for a body that works, that grows, that carries me through life. If you’ve read this far thank you sincerely for your time. That’s not something I take for granted. 🫶🏽 What does freedom mean to you? Saludos, Coach G

It’s truly beautiful to know that, even today, there are still people who reflect and ask questions like these. Nowadays, we are so focused on the material aspects of life that we’ve almost lost sight of what it really means to live.💙 To me, freedom means being able to live each day simply as myself, focusing on the present, experiencing every emotion, every thought, and every desire as I build my future. Freedom means feeling and expressing emotions, loving yourself, and working (striving every single day) to achieve the future you truly want to live.

You do muscle up so smoothly. It looks so easy! I’m not even able to do one, yet…
🔥APRIL - 8 MIN CORE WORKOUT CHALLENGE
Hi Warriors! Real talk, Davinci Resolve is no joke. Spent way too long figuring out backwards counting timers... but hey, never stop learning! 😂 Shout out to @Robin Schnider for volunteering as Tribute.. Anyway...for April I've prepared the core workout challenge. Which is live! 🥳 Here's what you're getting into: ⏱ Duration: 8 minutes 💪 Work: 30 sec 🔄 Transition: 10 sec Exercises: 1. Shoulder Taps 2. Hollow Body Hold 3. Plank Start with as many rounds as you feel comfortable with and build from there. By the end of April, everyone who sticks with it will have a noticeably stronger core and what feels brutal today will start to feel easy. 🔥 I use this timer for my Interval Trainings: https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/interval-timer-tabata-timer/id406473568?l=de-DE Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday! Wow, thank you so much! I always do ab workouts, so this video is really helpful because I don’t have to think about which exercises to choose. I’ll definitely try it!
