🥳Pistol Squat incomming
Hi Warriors, I hope you're doing fantastic. Just wanted to share this win with you from one of my online coaching students. Manu came to me asking for guidance for the handstand, muscle up and the pistol squat. Some of her wins since she started working with me: - Went from 0 Pull Ups to doing 10 minute EMOM's 4 reps +2.5 kg (which is HUGE! ) - From 0 seconds to 30 Seconds Handstand hold - Lastly from 0 Pistol Squats to her first (unlocked just recently) 🥹🥳 As a coach seeing my students win is a reason to celebrate therefor I felt like sharing this with you. Tracker
Hi everyone. If you're anything like me, you have intentions of doing your exercise or improving a certain skill but life tends to pull you in other directions. I've been meaning to do a few of the programs George has kindly provided for free but I needed somewhere to house them, so I created a tracker to help me do that. First time trying weighted pullups (I almost died)
A friend of mine can do almost 100 (!) lbs 1RM so I decided to try 50 lbs with my kids: https://www.instagram.com/p/DYm7ZNDukh_/ How did I do? 😁 I was sore for two days beyond belief.

hi Yuan, I saw your video yesterday! haha looks like both of you were having a lot of fun. Some coach Advice: Given the ROM you were able to move it's a sign, that you would need to work with lower weights FULL ROM in order to move your kid with your chin over bar. I recommend using progressive overload, include deloads all 5-6 weeks and work with reps range 8-10 weighted at the beginning. As you get stronger you can reduce reps (volume) to 4-6. Strength gains but also hypertrophy will be amazing. Let me know if you need any further guidance. 😊💪🏽

I was happy to see that somethings still work to some extent. 😑Life's been busy
Hi Warriors! Hope you're all doing well! Quick update from my end as I've been a bit quiet lately. I'm currently putting a lot of energy into growing my coaching business full time here in Zürich. Big move, lots going on but I'm fired up. 🔥 And no, I haven't forgotten about you. The Pull Up YouTube Guide is in the works and it will cover everything from your very first rep to pushing well beyond that. Worth the wait. 💪🏽 On the injury front... my elbow decided it wanted company. 🥹😂 Some of you know I'm being coached by an elite calisthenics and gymnastics coach. We're working on some seriously advanced skills: Rings Maltese and Victorians. Both demand incredibly strong tendons and connective tissue. Right now my right shoulder is sending some signals, most likely pecs, biceps or back muscles under too much load. So for now I'm dialing it back, working with bands and focusing on rehab. Smart over stubborn. 😤 The journey continues. Quitting is not an option. Saludos, Coach G
