What’s one thing you want to commit to this week?
Hello warriors! New week, new chances to come closer to your goals! 🔥 Before life takes over, pause for a moment. Not what you should do… but what will actually move you forward? Take 5 minutes. Breathe. Choose one intention. 👉 Choose one thing and comment one thing you’ll focus on this week. I'll start: For me, this week is about consistency and excellence, but not in the cliché motivational sense. I used to believe excellence came from pure discipline powered by willpower.But here’s what I’ve learned: willpower is not the engine. It’s the spark. Yes, consistency needs discipline, and discipline can drain willpower.But relying on willpower as the main driver is a losing game. It’s a limited resource. It gets tired. It fluctuates. The people who stay consistent aren’t the ones with the strongest willpower.They’re the ones who created systems that don’t require much of it. Excellence isn’t about how much willpower you have, it’s about where you remove friction, what you commit to, and what you’re willing to sacrifice. Your resources are finite.Your identity isn’t. New Mesocycle 🥳
Hi warriors, I hope you‘re doing great! Yesterday I‘ve begun the testing period for my new training meso cycle. Focusing on the skills: full planche and frontlever. As it is for now I can hold a shitty straddle planche for 2-3 seconds and can do 4-6 frontlever presses. This meso cycle will officially start january and go on for three months. It will also include deloads to prevent injury and overuse of structures. How do you train? Stay tuned!🥳💪🏽 Happy day! Coach G

Weekend🥳
Hello warriors! I was asked to judge an endurance battle and THE Calisthenics Gym BZDH in switzerland. The athletes were so strong and inspiring.. the sets were not a piece of cake!😮‍💨💪🏽 Tomorrow I‘ll be able to proceed with the plans!🤗 It‘s slowly progressing - so thank you for your understanding.
