I think a lot of our community here is also in Pace's Gator group, but I've talked to a number of people that aren't, so lets see who we are right now. What's your focus in your overall lending journey right now?

Hi Guys, My name is Sheree (pronounced like the wine 😉) I just joined found the group on discord and already have gotten some great information. I live in Palm Bay, Florida which is over by where the space shuttles are launched. I just started in the Gator community in December '25. Outside of buying and selling personal residences I don't have a lot of experience in real estate. I am currently working on improving underwriting skills to add value to others. My favorite hobbies outside of work would be painting and learning on youtube. I am not an early bird or night owl, I call myself an afternooner :)
