Hi Guys,

My name is Sheree (pronounced like the wine 😉)

I just joined found the group on discord and already have gotten some great information.

I live in Palm Bay, Florida which is over by where the space shuttles are launched. I just started in the Gator community in December '25. Outside of buying and selling personal residences I don't have a lot of experience in real estate. I am currently working on improving underwriting skills to add value to others. My favorite hobbies outside of work would be painting and learning on youtube. I am not an early bird or night owl, I call myself an afternooner :)
