Building Out a Library for My First Ads Customer
Below is the feedback from the customer of what kind of fb ads he wants created. What is the best way to create the ads using Uppie AI? Here’s a few that I believe we can give a shot. Most Attractive Social Media Offer Ideas for FCF 1. “Holiday-Ready Home Refresh” Offer Hook: “Make your home holiday-ready — 15% off any exterior repaint booked before Dec 15!” Why it works: Taps into emotion (hosting family, pride in appearance) and urgency (limited time). Add-on incentive: Free color consultation ($250 value). Bonus angle: “We’ll handle everything — from color matching to final cleanup, so you can enjoy the season stress-free.” ⸻ 2. “Free Color Consultation + Paint Upgrade” Hook: “Book your 2025 repaint now and get a complimentary color design session + premium paint upgrade.” Why it works: It feels luxury — not cheap. The offer adds value, not discounts. Position it as: “Our Sherwin Williams Premium Finish Package, at no extra cost — for a flawless, lasting look.” ⸻ 3. “Confidence Guarantee” Hook: “If you’re not 100% thrilled with your finish, we’ll make it right — guaranteed.” Why it works: Most homeowners fear poor results. You remove that risk, showing confidence in your craftsmanship. Pair with: Before/after video reels, customer testimonial clips, or your spotless jobsite cleanup process. ⸻ 4. “Refer a Neighbor” Program Hook: “Your neighborhood deserves a refresh — refer a neighbor and you BOTH save $250.” Why it works: Creates community buzz and spreads through HOAs or track homes. Tip: Use carousel graphics showing side-by-side homes — “Imagine your block looking this good!” ⸻ 5. “Spring 2025 VIP Priority List” Hook: “Skip the spring rush — get VIP scheduling for our most requested season.” Why it works: High-end clients value convenience and exclusivity. Bonus: Include a “Priority Color Selection” consultation as part of the package. ⸻ 6. “Cabinet Transformation Special” Hook: “Get a luxury kitchen look — without the remodel. Save $500 on full cabinet refinishing.”

@Sam Carlson the client is a painting contractor and not my target niche but he is a friend from Church and I’m doing it for the experience. I have never run social media ads before.
☝️How’s bout I spill the agency tea…
Let’s say you wanna scale your agency. Really scale it. Not just add more clients. And work more hours. But actually build something that runs without you. A system. A formula. A franchise. Here’s exactly how it works. Think of it like a pizza. (Stay with me.) Three slices. Each one matters. Miss one? The whole thing falls apart. **Slice 1: Niche/Market (50%)** This is half the pizza. The foundation. It’s crazy… flippin… important. Everything starts here. You pick ONE market. ONE audience. ONE problem you solve. Not “small businesses.” Not “e-commerce brands.” Not “coaches.” Too broad. You go narrow. Like: - Epoxy floor installers - HVAC companies doing $500k-$2M/year - Med spas in suburban markets - Roofing contractors who want commercial jobs Specific. Why? Because when you’re specific? Your message hits different. Your ads feel personal. Your offer feels custom. Even though it’s not. Let’s say you target HVAC companies. And your ad says: “We help HVAC companies book 40+ pre-paid service calls per month or it’s free.” (Just an example guys) Every HVAC owner who sees that thinks: “Wait, this is FOR me.” Not for everyone. For ME. That’s the power of niche. It’s not about limiting your market. It’s about dominating it. You become THE guy/gal. Not another agency. And here’s the thing: A tight niche makes everything else easier. Your strategy? Easier. Your ads? Easier. Your fulfillment? Easier. Because you’re solving the same problem. Over and over. For the same type of person. That’s 50% of the formula right there. **Slice 2: Strategy/Model (25%)** This is your process. Your system. Your “way” of doing things. It’s what turns chaos into predictability. See, most agencies? Every client is different. Custom proposals. Custom strategies. Custom automations. So nothing’s repeatable. Nothing’s scalable. You’re reinventing the wheel every time. …Not with a franchise model. Nope. You build ONE strategy.

Gimme a Slice!
You’ve been doing it wrong…
☝️Think you would’ve started this agency thing… if you knew you’d be making zilch for a year? Didn’t think so. But hey… You didn’t expect it to take that long. Why? Because all those fancy folks online were bragging about “10K months” in, like, six weeks. So either they’re full of 💩 Or… You fell into a trap. What trap? There’s a trap?! It quietly kills 90% of agency owners. The “time expands to fit the task” trap. In fact… It’s so common, there’s an actual law for it. Parkinson’s Law: The more time you give something… the longer it takes. And boy howdy, you see it everywhere. …Agencies “building” for months. …Tweaking their “SaaS” for perfection. …Launching on five strategies in a month. …Copying offers till the cows come home. Busy as hell. But broke as ever. That’s Parkinson’s Law in action. Work expands. Results don’t. Here’s the fix 👇 You make time your enemy. Not your excuse. You shorten the leash. Cut the distractions. And move fast. Because when time’s scarce? You get sharp. You stop thinking about dumb stuff… …and start doing the few things that actually matter. Things the matter… That’s the key. For agencies, here’s three. 1️⃣ Niche. Pick one. Own it. Don’t drift. 2️⃣ Offer. One clear promise your client instantly “gets.” 3️⃣ Sales Channel. Pick ONE. Master it before touching another. Nail those… And you got the 80/20 inside Parkinson’s Law. Everything else? Distraction in disguise. So here’s your move: Time-box your objectives — 2 hours, not 2 days. Set hard deadlines — this week, not this quarter. Cut scope till only Niche + Offer + Channel remain. The rest? Delete it. Because that’s not growth. That’s glorified procrastination. When you run lean and tight like this… Launches move faster. Systems stay simple. Cash flow becomes predictable. You stop looking productive. And start becoming profitable. Parkinson’s Law can keep you small… or it can make you sharp. It’s not about time management. It’s about focus management.
You’ve been doing it wrong…
