Identify Skills & Interests - Pehle apni skills aur interests identify karo. - Example: editing, writing, coding, designing. - Har skill ko test karo before investing heavy cost. - Clients ke liye apni stories aur portfolio build karo. - Passion wali cheez choose karo → jismay interest develop horha ho wohi kro or specialist bno apni skill Mai. 2. Research Market Demand - Platforms check karo: Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn → trending skills dekho. - Job postings analyze karo: kya clients is skill ke liye pay karte hain? - Sirf skill seekhna nahi, research bhi karni hai → balance rakho. - Har skill try karo aur dekho kis mein tumhe maza aata hai. - Case studies aur success stories dekho → samajh aayega demand aur earning ka. 3. Validate Profitability - Dekho log is niche mein earning kar rahe hain ya nahi. - Freelancers ki earnings aur job success rates research karo. - YouTube pe search karo: e.g. “Demand of Video Editors in 2026.” - Agar earning aur demand dono strong hain → niche profitable hai. 4. Assess Competition - High demand = high competition, but also opportunity. - Gaps identify karo: tum kya better ya different kar sakte ho? - Saturation nhh hota agr apnay apko Top 1% Mai rakho toh. - Don’t blame others, apni growth pe focus karo. - Skills improve karte raho, seekhtay raho. - Character develop karo: Ba Adab, Ba Naseeb mindset rakho. - Alag alag business models develop karo. 5. Pick Niche, Start, Refine & Dominate - Skill ko achhi tarah seekho, start karo, refine kro aur dominate karo. - Energy aur mindset strong rakho. - Gradually dusri skills seekho → learning kabhi rukni nahi chahiye. - Balance rakho: ek client ko multiple services offer kar sakte ho agar nayi skills seekhoge.
