✊Day 0 Task (B)- Linkedin Introduction (⚠️Very Important)
please follow below example and tell us about your story (good, bad or ugly, BE REAL BE RELAXED, you are in a safe zone here) in the comments: Include your linkedin profile link, a win/fail, a goal and an obstacle/struggle (*could be physical or mental limitation*) in your personal career story! Let's gooooooo🔥🔥 ✅Hi Everyone, This is Alex Amir. here is my linkedin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/abajestani/ Please feel free to send me an invite. Wins: My biggest career Win is that I was able to enter my dream company PWC early in my Career (and yes I did a lot of work to get there) then moved on to KPMG, 2 of the big4! Where I was fortunate enough to be able to work and learn from many industries and various large size companies, through consulting in Human resource systems, mainly "Workday"! Then I got tired of employee routine and followed some contractors who were working for Big4 ! I tried to network with them and learn their secrets but wasn’t successful! As they were very conservative about these contracts! Long story short, with my willpower and curiosity personality, I found it! I learned a way to became an independent consultant! And get high-paying clients! All of a sudden my income tripled!! Lots of fun, Amazing pay and amazing flexibility! This lifestyle helped me choose my preferred projects to work on and decline the rest! I have consulted various clients in Workday HR systems such as Major Banks,Retails (Loblaws), Healthcare ( Cancer Care Ontario), etc across different industries which gave me a great perspective. In workday data conversion consulting industry, we go by total number of employees of the companies portfolio we consulted , for me this number is above 1 million headcount, having 100,000 under loblaw and metro stores chain itself! I have consulted as Workday Data and HRIS solution architect and currently as a Senior Workday ERP Engineer at a large healthcare organization across 10 states and I work remotely. But I do travel alot between US and Canada!

Hi Breakthrough Elite Family, I share my experience with you in this post more and I hope it helps me to have more communication with all members Guys, I want to tell you a little more about my work and my experience, maybe we can communicate better. I am an electronic engineer and have been working in related fields for almost 30 years. Yes, that's right, 30 years, because I am now 57 years old and have been working in this field since I was 20. My work is divided into two general areas: low voltage (in fact, electronics such as telecommunications and IT) and high voltage (electricity such as Residential, commercial and industrial electricity). In the first stage, before immigration and after I worked in various electronic jobs such as working on office machines such as fax machines, computers, monitors, printers, money counters, various types of digital boards in the fields of telecommunications, medicine, and IT. The reason for this diversity was because of my job, which was a technical and engineering expert in banks. When I was a banker, I am familiar with most of the manufacturing industries in terms of finance, technology, and economics, because I worked in an office where all the financial, technology, and economics experts interacted. The second part of my career started after I immigrated. I did various ways to earn a living so that I could support myself and our family here. I got into electrical work because it was much easier to see how to work . in fact the main reason was the updating of the electronics field, both hardware and software. You had to constantly spend time to stay up to date and this is difficult with immigration! After taking courses, classes and getting the relevant certifications and licenses, I was able to enter this market. My goal in joining this team is to expand my work area and find first-class companies for new jobs directly. i’m not looking a company to hire me . i’m looking for a good connection to find lean project as CtoC

How to level up to execute team in workplace
Hi all. I wanted to share five high-impact tips to help you level up toward an executive role. This comes from my experience looking at the people around me stepped up the ladder. Do you have any experience? Please share. Which one do you think is the most effective one? 1. Think and Act Strategically (Most Important) Shift from daily tasks to big-picture thinking. Executives focus on long-term impact, risks, resource allocation, and alignment with company goals. Start framing your recommendations in terms of ROI, risk mitigation, and strategic value. 2. Build Influence Across the Organization Executives succeed through people, not solo work. Cultivate strong relationships with leaders in engineering, finance, operations, product, HR, etc. Be seen as someone who aligns teams, not just executes tasks. 3. Demonstrate Ownership Beyond Your Job Description Take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities. Identify gaps in the business and proactively solve them—even if they’re outside your department. Executives are “owners,” not “doers.” 4. Communicate Clearly, Concisely, and Persuasively Executive communication means: - Short, structured updates - Data-driven points - Actionable recommendations - Anticipating questions before they’re askedYour ideas shouldn’t need explaining twice. 5. Develop Leadership Presence People follow leaders they trust. Improve your presence through: - Confidence without ego - Calm under pressure - Decisiveness - Strong meeting facilitation - Being someone others consult for judgment I hope you find this helpful. I want to know about your experience too. Which one do you think is the most important one?

I love those ideas, but they're still a bit too theoretical for me. Can you share some real-life examples or personal experiences that illustrate these concepts? I'm always looking to learn and grow, and hearing about others' experiences can be really helpful.

☺️ When was the last time you made someone happy? How?
If we’re being honest, most people struggle to answer this. Not because they don’t care, but because they’re moving fast enough that they forget the impact they already make. For me, the last time I made someone happy was earlier today. I took everything this community has been building, every question, every frustration, every late-night message from members who feel lost in the job market, and I turned it into a structured challenge that will help thousands move forward. Clarity brings confidence. Confidence brings hope. And hope makes people happy. That is impact. And here’s why this question matters to BTE, because when you make someone happy, you create momentum. Momentum in your relationships. Momentum in your networking. Momentum in your career. So ask yourself honestly, When was the last time you made someone happy? And what can you do today to do it again?

I want to ask this question in a different way. When was the last time you made yourself happy? Because if you can be so artfully talented that you can find a way to make yourself happy in some way, you can easily make someone else happy How? You know that when you help someone or even do them a small favor, you yourself become much happier. In fact, this is actually conducive to your own happiness! So it's better to do something for yourself that will make you happy as soon as possible. honesty I even want to say that my joining this group was actually to make myself happy. When I see that my work potential is very high, I can live much more comfortably and luxuriously and help others in this way That's why I joined this group explicitly to achieve happiness faster! What do you think about this perspective?
