Dairy Free Milk Alternative
Most dairy free milk contains emulsifiers, seed oils and stablisers which are gut distruptive. The brand I recommend you buy is either Plenish or Rude Health. It's best to stick with a nut milk like almond, coconut, cashew as opposed to oat milk.

I have used for milk substitute for my oats porridge at breakfast. This summer I used full fat milk for making ice cream with my ice cream maker. Could I use this milk as a low calorie substitute?

Thanks Mark. I will try this combo when I make blueberry ice cream next time as normal recipes advised Philadelphia cream cheese or condensed milk which are high calorie content.
