3 ingredient protein Brownie…. For the sweet tooth
Trying to come up with snack recipes that continue to be high in protein… no sugar added but sweet enough for those members who are more sweet than savoury… Recipe: place all ingredients in blender 2 sliced apples ( no need to peel) 2 eggs Half cup of organic powdered cocoa / cacao Blend all ingredients until smooth Preheat oven to 180 deg C… cook for approx 50 mins… For those who still need a little more sweetness… you could possibly drizzle in a small quantity of maple syrup / honey or other organic sweetener. I sprinkled the top with walnut and sunflower seeds prior to cooking..

Kale chips…. Oh how I have missed you
To counter balance the sweet brownies made earlier this afternoon…. here are my kale chips.. 3 large kale leaves torn into small bite size pieces Drizzle of olive oil…. i use garlic & onion infused olive oil Slight sprinkle of Himalayan salt Preheat oven to 120 deg C Place kale in bowl, drizzle a small amount of olive oil and coat kale Remove rack from oven and cover with baking paper Spread kale on rack and place into oven Cook for approx. 15 to 30 min…… Lightly salt prior to serving. I would let you know how to store them….. but I never have any left over to store😂😂😂🙏🤗🙏🙏

Last night's snack which tastes surprisingly goooood ! Rice Cake Tomato Puree (check the brand cuz loads have additives but Lidls own or Mutti brand are just tomatoes and salt) Prawns Dried Oregano Tastes like a cold mini pizza withoth the cheese 🍕 Correct me if any of this isn't clean10 approved !

For a Friday night snack I can't see why these wudnt be clean10 approved ? Can of chickpeas with olive oil , chives , salt and pepper and smoked paprika roasted in the airfryer 💖 Please tell me they are approved 🤣
