PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.

PrintShrimp more focused on Artists and Creators
I'm finding PrintShrimp extremly good opportunity. But I find it very sketchy when its solely focused on business. What I'm looking first is the quality. The information in the website is not convincing and there is no information anywhere else. Like a youtube video, reel, etc. Reviewing your products, so it really feels scammy. Specially your instagram where you guys don't show yours products at all. Having to join the community just to see only AI related stuff, damaged shipping, bad colors, etc. Just discaurages from trying your product. Since your quality is good, price is good and you guys are legit, why don't send some prints to youtube creatos as photographers, artist, etc to review your products? We artist are looking ways to make money too. In that regards, would be cool if could be possible to add authentication certificate for every print. Such stuff can get many artist and creators on PrintShrimp. But at least have a video showing your prints. Thank you for reading, will try your product soon...

@Mihai Volintiriu Thank you for your reference. The thing is, everyone started making fun of me or that I'm completly wrong, like I don't understand what's the business about. I just shared my experience. It's nothing personal, but everyone took like it is. Yes, everything you said is logical but when you're trying to grow, not everything works like that. I run one if the biggest laser cut business in Guatemala, started from 0. I'ts not my only business thought. I'm launching soon an ecosystem in the blockchain for auctions and marketplaces of "NFTs" (its a redifined ecosystem, not simple) So I'm not solely a photographer. There is a lot of friction, no emotion and anything compelling on getting prints from PrintShrimp. Even the prices are competitive, Print Bussines are everywhere, nobody from the point of view from a creator or an artist is going to go through all this and buy a test. This community is the only thing of social proof (wich many are only troubles) nothing about the "product" or "service". A business becomes sucessful when you mix art and tech. Getting videos/reviews of good art printed (real creative people reviewing it), can skyrocket the sales of PrintShrimp easy. Of course, something basic is at least show your product somewhere. Meanwhile they will get nothing from explaining me stuff and how wrong I am, waste of time.
