I rewatched the first few minutes of this video before posting it, and honestly, I was like why you didn’t ask me for negotiations class earlier 😄. @Zara Vajihi Vajihi @Sepideh Fakhari We have a gold-standard negotiation training inside this community, yet many of our members are still guessing their way through negotiation. It reminded me exactly why I created the negotiation class in the first place. What truly surprised me is this. We already have the exact blueprint. The course exists, it’s powerful, and it has transformed careers. Yet almost no one asked me for it. The members who secured 100K+ roles — Arika, Bita, Maryam, Tala, and many more — all watched this negotiation course multiple times. Maryam negotiated an additional $50K by following it. Tala added $5K from watching just two hours of it. This course is pure gold, and I mean that sincerely. It is stronger than all my other programs combined. So why haven’t more of you seen it? Because you didn’t ask for it, and I didn’t realize you had reached the level where you needed it — the level where interviews and offers start coming in. Please hear me on this. Your future deserves more than guesswork. Bita messaged me ten times to get access so she could watch it again. She fought for her career, she negotiated properly, and she won. That is what seriousness looks like. So let’s be very clear moving forward. Stop guessing. Stop crowdsourcing strategies. Follow the blueprint I created for you. And it is on me as well, I needed more feedback to be able to provide these courses to you and I think it is time to reveal them! If you want access to the negotiation course, I am one DM away. I only open it for serious members who value this level of material and are ready to use it. Now, for the rest of you especially @Mahtab Mahalati fantastic work so far ✊👏👏👏 Hue thanks to Mahtab for organizing these meetings ⭐️

@Alex B, Honestly, it never crossed my mind to message you directly for it. I always assumed you had a clear system for when each course should be shared, whether it’s free like Day 0, paid like Day 3, or unlocked as we level up like Courses 2 and 4. I trusted your judgment on when someone was ready for the next step. And to be completely honest, I was also thinking about your time. If a hundred members started sending repeated messages for every locked course (plus the ChatGPT + interview materials), that would easily turn into thousands of DMs. I didn’t want to contribute to something that would overwhelm you. Your post clarified the intention, though, and I appreciate the transparency. Thank you for guiding us this far and for opening the door for those of us who are ready to take this step.
BTE Monthly Leaderboard Champions🏆🚀
Every month, the leaderboard tells a story. Not about points, but about the people who show up when it is easier not to. The ones who push the community forward with curiosity, discipline, and just the right amount of competitive spark. This month, that story belonged to @Sheida Qmarc and @Zara Vajihi. They did more than climb the leaderboard. They pulled the entire community upward with them. Their consistency, presence, and thoughtful engagement created a rhythm the rest of us could feel. To celebrate their impact, they each received a well deserved Starbucks gift card. It is a small token of appreciation for the energy they poured into our community this month. It is fascinating how momentum works. One person starts it, and everyone benefits from it.Congratulations to both of you for setting the pace and for proving once again that progress is contagious. 💛 On to a new month, new energy, and new leaders ready to rise.

How Short LinkedIn Courses Helped Me Level Up for an AI Interview
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something simple but helpful from my interview, something I think many of you will find useful. Recently, I had an interview for a role that required solid AI knowledge. Even though I’ve worked with ML/AI for years, I realized something important: 👉🏻 When you’re deep into some complex concepts and algorithm design, the fundamentals can fade. Interview questions often go straight back to those basics, which happened to me. So I went back to a few short LinkedIn Learning courses, and honestly, they made a difference. 👉🏻 They refreshed concepts I hadn’t reviewed in a while 👉🏻 They were short and easy to fit into my day 👉🏻 They helped me understand and summarize concepts on a single page 👉🏻 They boosted my confidence 👉🏻 They helped me close small knowledge gaps before the interview And here’s the biggest lesson for me: If you see a concept in the job description that you’re not fully confident about, take a short course on it. Even a 30–45 minute micro-course can give you the foundation you need, and you can summarize the key points on one page to review before the interview. Let's consider micro-learning. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep showing up for yourself.

So true. Sometimes you don’t need more complexity. just a quick refresh of the basics to show up sharper and more confident.
Had one of the weirdest interview experiences this week.
I had my third interview with the SVP this week, it went genuinely well. Good flow, good alignment, no red flags. Naturally, I assumed I cleared that round. Two days later, HR emailed me asking to book a quick 10-minute call. In my experience, that usually means next steps, more details, or lining up the final round. So I booked it for the next day…And on the call, they rejected me. No explanation that really made sense.Just a short, polite ‘we’re moving forward with another candidate.’ What threw me off wasn’t the rejection! That’s part of the game. What confused me was why they scheduled a call just to deliver it, when an email would’ve done the same job. Has anyone else had companies do this? Is this normal now?

Yeah, I get why that would feel bad. It’s not even the rejection, it’s the rollercoaster they put you on with that call. Still stuff like this becomes part of the whole experience. You learn how different companies handle things, what doesn’t sit right with you, and what you actually want moving forward. Not fair but not useless either.
