I have learnt SO much but here is just a quick summary of a few things. Early results = 10% upsells in the first few weeks. Course & Workshop sales. Still testing. 1. ✅ Being transparent about your plans will attract your ideal people and repel those who are not your people (I have purchased my space and appreciate your frankness. Looking forward to getting to know you better in the group V you are passive aggressive.) 2. ✅ Don't be afraid to share your paid offers and people will buy (upsells, affiliates and course sales) and non ideal clients will get offended/annoyed. 10% upsells and workshop sales. 3. ✅ You can charge some people - and people will buy 4. ✅ Different reasons for joining (ideal client, want to be in your world, seeing how you do it, get access to your network, browsers). Get to know yours 5. ✅ Don't be afraid to remove inactive members - they can always come back 6. ✅ I prefer to start off with more DM's in the beginning to give multiple options to communicate/understand your members and test what works best. 7. ✅ Highly vet all requests - social media handle, Skool history (zero spam, plus found one who has been dishonestly taking advantage of Skool creators).
