Hey there - I have searched and dont see anything about this. I have a client who would like Voice AI to answer the calls on his main 800# but when someone asks to speak to an agent/person - to have their call routed to his cell phone or google voice. Is that possible - if so, how?

I use Teamwork for project mgmt and want to find something that I can use in our high level account... I found the ghlplugins stuff but their product doesnt let me download the time logs per person who entered the time or for each product... Do any of you have a suggestion?
