Yes, it's very very effective but you need to do it right (I learnt this the very hard way). Biggest tips are to make sure you outreach to people with mutual connections (if they respect those people, its almost as good as a referral) and to identify connects you can sell to vs connects that add value to your profile.

Looking for a business partner.
I have an agency with 5 clients at the moment, have systems built out around appt setting, closing and service delivery. I need help on the back end to manage stuff and also plan out ops to scale. We did 3.6k last month and have an overall turn over of $7500 since January I plan to scale to 15k at the end of march like my LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. In the remodelling niche, most purchase behaviour is usually based around locality. Offer them a local campaign to their area specifically, thats the offer that has been working the strongest for us
