Day 12
Breakfast 2 eggs and 1 slice of bread No lunch Dinner small naan with chicken and salad. After small desert I did 12000 steps today💃💃. I’m very happy that I manage to walk and surprisingly I didn’t get tired. Thank you tsk team for everything.

@Simra Irfan I normally eat 2 meals. Breakfast almost 10-11 and dinner 5-6 k between hota hay tu lunch ka time hi nahi bunta. Some days lunch time is snack time😬
