🚀 New Features - AMA Recording (26/02/2026)
Hi Climbers 👋 This week we focused on one thing as always: make the platform easier for your clients to understand, easier for them to use, and therefore easier for you to sell and keep them long term. We introduced AI Review Suggestions. Customers will answer simple evaluation criteria you define (rated 1-5 plus optional note) and the AI generates a ready-to-post review including selected keywords. They just copy it and choose where to publish it (Google, Facebook, etc.). The goal is removing friction — many happy customers simply don’t know what to write. We also redesigned the Reviews vs Requests UI. Reviews is now only for reading and replying. Requests is the single place where reviews are asked. No more confusion about where actions happen — clearer product = higher adoption from non-tech business owners. Contacts now support a Service Date field. This allows timing review requests based on the real customer experience, not when the contact was added. Much more natural and higher response rate. From the contact card you can now send a Quick Request instantly and see a “not contacted” tag to avoid double messaging and keep control over communication. Finally, the new Auto Campaign is simplified: enable it, pick a delay, choose a template. Every new contact automatically receives the request after that time. No schedules, no complexity — just works. The goal behind all of this is always the same: less explaining, more usage. When clients understand the product without training, retention and conversions follow. Release is planned for tomorrow, Friday 27 February. Let us know your feedback 🙌

I am still seeing quick request in my reviews pages do I have to edit or refresh something to get that removed?
App Screenshots
Anyone else jump in on the app today? Thought I'd post the images I just got done today to add to the onboarding form. For those not on the call today, they are adding an option to upload videos as well. I decided to just go with the 10 straight images to cover down on more features. Here are my images for some ideas: Would be great if others could add theirs. Would love to hear from the team how and if we can edit in future after the app posts, didn't get that from the call.

🛠 This Week Development Plan
Hi Climbers 👋 This week we’re focusing heavily on one main thing: making review collection simpler. One of the biggest additions will be AI Review Suggestions. The goal is simple: remove the “I don’t know what to write” friction customers often feel before leaving a review. The system will generate a ready-to-copy review based on simple rating inputs. The end customer fills a set of custom evaluation criteria and rates them from 1 to 5, with an optional note for extra context. The AI uses these ratings and notes to craft a natural-sounding review text. The business can also define specific keywords they want the AI to include in the generated review. This helps strengthen local SEO while keeping the review authentic and readable. The generated review is then simply copied by the customer and pasted wherever they prefer — Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc. — keeping the process flexible and platform-agnostic while removing friction for the customer. We’re also restructuring an area that many users found confusing: the difference between Reviews and Requests. From now on, Reviews will only be the place where clients read and reply to reviews. Every action related to sending review requests will live inside Requests. Whether it’s a campaign to a list or a quick request to a single contact, the flow becomes identical: choose a template and send. No editing text mid-process, no multiple entry points — just one clear place to ask for reviews. Auto-campaigns are getting simplified as well. The current “time + frequency” logic is not intuitive for many business owners. The new model is event-based: you enable the auto campaign, choose a delay (for example 10 minutes), select the template, and every new contact automatically receives the request after that delay. Easy to understand, easy to explain to clients. To make timing even smarter, we’re introducing a Service Date field on contacts. You’ll be able to base automations either on when the contact was added or when the service actually happened — meaning you can send requests like “2 days after the appointment”, which is much more natural and improves response rates.

Small bug from last week I cannot paste a color into the white label color picker, it defaults to white when I do I have to pick from the picker which defeats the purpose in most cases
Plan Levels
Almost done with my setup, just wanted to pass what I am using for my levels and pricing and would love to see what others are considering. My other Whitelabel software are setup on Tier Levels so I have a few more than normal. Plan is to have a set price then discount at bundled Tier access to multiple products. Here is my initial setup would love any thoughts or other examples of tiers for everyone to consider. Cheers.

@Giacomo Chinellato We help thousands of agencies build online directories so the plan will be to have them sell for us for thie own local niche businesses, so should have mentioned the above includes a 15-50% affiliate commission based on levels as well.

@Daniel Fawcett It is as presented so no. Everything pretty much turned off, no campaigns or sms, no widgets, everything branded, so pretty much paying for process to get reviews and push to Google through QR or link nothing else.
🔥New features - A.M.A. Recording (05/02/2026)
Hello Climbers, Here’s the recording of today’s live event 👇 This is what we covered: We’ve added new email templates inside the platform: – 3 days after sign up – 7 days after sign up – New charge succeeded – New charge failed These help you automate communication and look more professional without extra manual work. We’ve also increased the free trial limit from 30 days to 90 days. This gives you more flexibility in how you structure your offers and how long you want prospects to experience the platform before converting. And finally… we gave you a preview of something big: The pre-built website for your clients is coming next week. This will allow you to offer an even more complete solution, especially for businesses that don’t have a proper online presence yet. Watch the recording, and as always, drop your questions in the comments. Next week we go again.

A couple questions / requests: Can you guys annotate which emails are "Stripe Required" so I know which ones will not apply to me/people who are not using Stripe? Would hate for people to edit emails that are not going out while some are. Can we add leave a review inside the website, maybe they want to use a QR code to this link in bio site instead of the review page, so user has all the business info to take with them as well as leave a review. Can we turn off the website feature, I already sell Link in Bio as another service and do not want to trade off one subscription for another or have to do a ton of migrations.
