I am playing with the idea of using AI to help take meeting notes, especially for virtual meetings, and am looking for suggestions or ideas. Which programs have you used, and what are the pros and cons? Thank you in advance.

Does anyone have personal experience transitioning to GReminders? I would love some feedback as to what your experience was like with setup, rollout, and what your client & Advisor feedback has been. We have Redtail and are considering GReminders because they integrate with RT and have been approved by our B/D. Thanks in advance!

Hello folks - anyone else get frustrated that the text in WB fields - particularly bullets - doesn't "play nice with other applications, such as emails, google docs, or MS Word? I submit a feature request (full text below), but have been told that they prioritize such requests "based on customer demand and feasibility," which got me thinking: if other's have the same frustration and submit requests, then hopefully they'll bump up the priority. When I move bullet-pointed text from gdocs to make permanent in a WB note, the formatting gets all out of whack. One of the WB engineers replied to me a few months ago saying that it occurs because documents have a lot of background data that creates the excess spaces. I'd like to see the WB text fields enhanced to be able to manage that data. Frankly, it frurstrated me that I can move text from docs to slack chats with my colleges, but can't then move it to WB to make it part of our CRM record without the formatting getting stretched out. I think your professional platform should have such interoperability.
