Congratulations Brendan! Would love to see how to utilise Zoho Bigin (CRM) and Zoho (Invoice). Was going to use GHL but I think it's too complex for the end users (ie. have to click into the customer to change invoice status), whereas I want for them to be able to use a drop down on the single interface... Has to be easy or it's useless. Check them out as they have simple interfaces but still powerful for what we need for our clients and have modules inside of Make.

Seems like the API token is incorrect. Try generating a new one and also when copying and pasting, just remove the last letter then put it back in as sometimes when copying and pasting data into a make automation it doesn't recognise the text and it needs to recognise a keystroke.
How much should I charge?
I have a digital marketing and web design agency owner who is looking to get himself a voice agent that checks availability and books appointment + save every call with relevant information etc. in a Google Sheet. I have that AI voice Agent and Automation ready. How much should I charge him based on monthly basis. AI agency owners, I would really appreciate your answers.

I would personally not figure in how much time it took you to do it. Simply price based on the value it provides to the business. Charge 20-30% of what it is saving them per month.
Email Addresses (Cal.com)
It is tricky for some callers to successfully talk through their email address. What I wanted to know is can I prompt in Retell to fill a generic email for all appointments and book based on the phone number provided? This would make calls a lot less frustrating for the caller and quicker. Brendan mentioned in a video it was critical to have an email so maybe a generic one sent via the prompt will solve this need?

@Bharadwaj Giridhar Yes the allocation of the fixed email to Cal.com via the prompt works well to bypass that need within Cal.

@Farid Kadri I have thought about it, but simple with Cal.com and cheap so didn't think to complicate things. With a custom function, I would still have the problem of email transcription.
