Email Addresses (Cal.com)
It is tricky for some callers to successfully talk through their email address.
What I wanted to know is can I prompt in Retell to fill a generic email for all appointments and book based on the phone number provided?
This would make calls a lot less frustrating for the caller and quicker.
Brendan mentioned in a video it was critical to have an email so maybe a generic one sent via the prompt will solve this need?
