@Craig Cameron We've never been users of Zapier in our company. We went with Make.com from the start for simple flows and Power Automate for our more complex integrations and data security. We also built our own complete conversational AI that remembers conversation history and executes an entire 8-12 part conversation with a customer, for an average cost of about $0.016 (1.6 cents per entire conversation). Past conversations are flipped to venctor embeddings with storage in Pinecone, so we evaluate past conversations and then send a snippet of the conversation to OpenAI (Azure) as a sample for the AI to use in writing a response. We determined that you don't have to feed GPT the entire conversation again and again... only the part that represents where it is in the conversation, with a couple samples on either side. We also just got early access to the upcoming GPT-4-100K model (we are Microsoft partners and got early access) so we're playing with that right now. Going to be a bit more expensive, but still not 5 cents per message.
Alternate Calendar
Hey guys. When executing a DR with a client's list imported to GHL, how do you handle it when the client is currently using a scheduling software that doesn't sync with a Google Calendar that could be also synced with GHL? If you're running a promotion for, say, a free teeth whitening, that books people into the GHL calendar, how do you handle the two scheduling systems? Do you just ask the client to use the GHL calendar for that specific service or staff member? I specifically talking about the "demo" or "trial" period.

Your first client, or sub-account other than you, should easily allow you to upgrade to a higher plan if you will have more clients. Get to the Pro account as soon as possible to save yourself tons of time with the sub-account creation.
Client wants me update the verbiage
Hey @Haplin Milgrom-Hills i'm about to run a dr for my clients second location and he wants me to change the verbiage . So the first month working with him i used the basic one you recommend guys and i got him great results, now he wants me to use this "Hi, This is Andrew from [ Gym name] ! With the re-launch tailored just for you. Since you've previously expressed interest in [Gym name], it would be great to have you in the Studio for a Session. So i think that this is going to skyrocket my costs , plus he doesn't give an opt out option. Let me know what do you think Haplin.

So, this may blow a few minds but we never come up against this. Why? Well, we ask a client right after paying (exactly these words, as sort of a brief script)... Us: "Out of curiosity, how much do you know about designing high converting landing pages?" Client: "Not a clue." Us: "You're in the same boat as your peers. What do you use to write powerful copy for the pages of your website?" Client: "Is that the text on the pages?" Us: "I've got my answer. All good. On your last SMS campaign, what kind of conversion rate did you get?" Client: "Ya, now you're talking greek to me." Us: "No worries. We've got it covered. So, is it safe to assume that you're hiring us because you expect we know what we're doing and that we'll simply deliver results?" Client: "I expect you do and hope you will!" Us: "Good, then let's make sure we are aligned on one thing. We are going to build high converting web pages, write powerful campaign messaging, boost customer experience, drive more referrals and, well, deliver results, but there's one catch. We are never going to ask you what you think of your new website, because your opinion WILL affect results and we do what we do for a reason. We are not going to ask you to review any messages we write because you don't know what they should say therefore we don't care what you think. We are going to post specific content to your social media and write specific content for your website, but we will never be stuck waiting on you to review anything, and you'll post the company barbeque pics, new employee announcements, or whatever you want, not us. If you want us to do our best work, you will stay out of our way, let us do what we do best, and go do what you do best. Do you understand and are you ready to let us deliver?" Client: "I'm ok with that." Us: "Great. We'll keep you in the loop, send you regular updates and reports, and even call you from time to time. Also, if you're getting interference right at the start, you can and should fire the client. Yes, you can do that. We have fired many clients who are wasting our time only to blame us for the results.
How many texts per day?
Have a client that wants to send out informational texts to all of its members (it’s a bank). How many texts can we send on one day? Do we still need to adhere to the 100 per day? Don’t want to set off any red flags
