๐Ÿšจ Emergency Drop: This AI Is Moving Too Fast to Ignore ๐Ÿšจ
I didnโ€™t plan this video. No fancy edits. No script. But I had to hit record. Thereโ€™s a new AI tech blowing up right now and unlike most hype cycles, this one is actually dangerous (in a good way) if youโ€™re an online business owner. In the last 7 days, Iโ€™ve been using an open-source system that has quietly become: - My executive assistant - My developer - My designer - My project manager - My internal ops layer It texts me. Emails for me. Books meetings. Manages Slack. Tracks tasks. Builds apps. And gets better every single day. This is not another AI agent demo that skips the hard parts. In this video, I walk you through: - What this tech actually is (and what it replaces) - The exact setup Iโ€™m using - How I gave it its own email, calendar, iMessage, and Slack access - How to turn it into a real โ€œemployee,โ€ not a toy - The security mistakes to avoid And lots more! If youโ€™re busy, scaling, or drowning in admin workโ€ฆ This will feel like cheating. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Watch the video now Iโ€™ve put together a full setup guide + checklist to avoid the common traps. Comment โ€œGuideโ€ and Iโ€™ll share it.

We scaled to 890 mailboxes by NOT pitching our PR services directly
Most agencies get destroyed on cold email because they pitch like this: "Hey [Name], we help businessesโ€ฆ Interested?" Response rate: ๐Ÿ’ฉ We flipped it. Instead of pitching PR services, we reach out as journalists who want to cover their story. The approach: "Hey [Name], working on a story about [their industry]. Saw your [specific achievement] and thought it'd be perfect. Got 15 mins to chat?" Results: - 1.26% reply rate (vs 0.6% industry standard) - 67.6% positive replies - $141K pipeline from one campaign Why it works: People WANT to talk to journalists. It's free PR for them. Nobody wants another sales pitch. Once they're on the call and trust is built, we naturally transition to paid services. And yes, we actually DO write about them. Not bait-and-switch, just leading with value first. Where we're at now: - 890 mailboxes - 700K emails/month - Inc 5000 recognition Want the full training on how we did this? Comment "RANK" below and I'll send it over.

๐Ÿšจ The Hidden Truth About $3 Google Mailboxes
If youโ€™re using cheap Google Workspace mailboxes for cold email, you NEED to know whatโ€™s really going on behind the scenesโ€ฆ There are two main ways companies get you those $3/month G Suite accounts: 1. Legacy Panels โ€“ I have taught this method in the Insiders for years๐Ÿ’ช 2. Indian Partner Resellers โ€“ Official Google resellers overseas offering cheaper rates (still โ€œsafeโ€โ€ฆ for now) 3. BUT hereโ€™s the kicker โ†’ 20%+ of users just had their mailboxes suspended overnight ๐Ÿ˜ฌ ๐Ÿง  I just rebuilt our whole cold email infrastructure using: - Google via vetted Indian resellers - Microsoft 365 accounts - Private SMTP via Mission Inbox ๐Ÿ‘‰ Watch this full breakdown for the REAL cold email infrastructure game (no fluff, no gatekeeping)

Navigating the changes to mitigate negative impacts ahs me feeling like...
Struggling to get my first client for cold email service.
My question to freelancers, how did you land your first client? Lets say you have $0 for any type of advertising. How can you go about getting your first client? And how much did you charge? Here is what I was offering fro $2k/mn but getting no client. So for $2k I'd contact 10k leads and fully manage everything that comes with it, infra, creating copy, etc. and for $3k I'd do it for 25k leads, ofc that is the upsell I don't ever mention that unless they're interested already and wants to know more. How much are freelancers here charging and what services are you providing along with it? And most important how did you get your first client?

Reach out to them with cold emails, since that's what you offer. :) LinkedIn outreach is great too!
How did you get your first client?
Iโ€™ve been thinking a lot about how to start from zero with lead generation . If you donโ€™t already have an audience, how do you actually get people to sign up for your lead magnet or even notice your offer? Do you: - Start posting consistently on social media first? - Offer free value inside communities like this one? - Focus on social media content and inbound leads? - Start cold emailing or messaging prospects directly? - Offer free/discounted work to build a portfolio? - Or focus on outreach and cold DMs before building a following? - If using a lead magnet, how do you even get audience to claim it ? Iโ€™d love to hear what worked best for you โ€” especially that first step that helped you get traction. What would you do differently if you had to start again today? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Well, I would start with LinkedIn & email outreach since it's already automated for you and thus its an easy way to test your offer and start getting eyeballs on your offer. Best part is, it's free! And you can set up the targeting to be laser-targeted.
