Using a Food Diary and supps checklist
Does anyone write down the meals they've eaten, or a plan of what they will eat in a day? Also, does anyone use a checklist for the supps? I certainly find it helpful to write down both food and supps. It gives me a chance to see how I'm tracking in terms of symptoms and improvements. The food, at least in the beginning stages, until it's routine and I have a good formula.

I was using My Fitness Pal last year to track calories and calculate my macros as my goal was 30% protein, 30% fats and 40% for carbs. It went by the wayside from the end of November. I need to get back to using, thanks for the reminder. I never listed my supps but I see there is a notes section on mfp so I might start to use.
