Ultimate Cardio
Goodmornig all, so I just purchased the ultimate cardio and did the test strip this morning and results are as per picture. Should I still take it and if so daily or just a few times a week? @Jeff Butterworth

@Mandy Cousins ok so that’s a good reading. Yes could could take it every other day and watch it increase.

@Mandy Cousins this is fine but the actual nitric oxide humming is very deliberate and quite difficult when starting.

@Debbie Webb I suggest it mainly for the first 3 months then have a break. If your metabolic markers are improving then you can stop, if still work to do then continue. Generally you need a break from it every 3 months for a few weeks
Live call
I want to tackle nervous system regulation. It is an important element in the journey I probably have not spoke enough about. A balanced nervous system is a gateway to overall improvements and something you need to be aware of. Call will be at 4pm Friday. Ie 8/5/26. See you then. Will be recorded as usual.

Saggy skin
Hi all so on week 5 Reta and know and saggy skin in my feet…. I have had fluid build up in my feet over the yrs and now how do I get rid of this skin. Has anyone else had this and dose it go away eventually? Don’t get me wrong abs over the moon in my progress in feeling good and the weight loss

In time your body can correct this depending on the damage. Key is lots of strength work to ensure you develop more tone and muscle.
