Have cut out my long time protein powder habit and started on Aminos. Has only been two days but feel less bloated already. Don't know if that's for real or placebo? Already eat pretty healthy and don't go overboard but desperate to budge the newfound mid 50's fat. Waiting on ultra cardio to arrive and just bought berberine. Upping my strength/cardio Pilates from 4-5 x per week to 6-7 x per week & upped my weights so they are quite heavy now. All bloods being done tomorrow - yay! Jeff can I take creatine or leave it out? I think you still use it right? I was taking too much, got ultra bloated/puffy, have had a break to let settle then will go to strictly 3-5gms...

Amino Acids
@Jeff Butterworth when on aminos, do we still need to try get our 120gm (approx) of protein through our food or do we need less now?

Right so we should really only aim for 1.2gms not 2.2gms per kilo, even if we're doing heavy weight training most days.. (not body building).. then with the Reta at least if we can't reach it, the aminos have us covered ✅
Blood work request form
For those working with your GP to request blood work. Here is a request form. The CAC is optional and not essential however, it is a good test to determine cardiovascular risk. You can print this form and take to your doctor.

Plant Based Amino Blend and Ultimate Cardio
Wow I have to say just by adding in these 2 I have gone from not alot of strength to assisting my husband to lift things to taking my bike off the bike carrier with ease. I have been doing a lot more biking and finding my energy is so much better. Pretty sure I've lost some weight and toning much better. Cellulite hardly there on my upper arms now. So impressed. Let's face it im nearly 64 so any improvement is fantastic. I haven't even started the reta or KLOW yet. Bring it on.

@Michelle Dempsey they've been amazing in the past. I've done them multiple times. This time - nothing. There is definitely something blocking and I hope I'm about to find out what it is..arghhhh

KLOW and Amino Acids
Jeff, does taking the KLOW peptide mean we can ditch our usual collagen supplements? And to confirm, taking the amino acid means we can ditch our usual protein supplements (obviously we still need to eat healthy proteins with each meal)
