Plant Based Amino Blend and Ultimate Cardio
Wow I have to say just by adding in these 2 I have gone from not alot of strength to assisting my husband to lift things to taking my bike off the bike carrier with ease. I have been doing a lot more biking and finding my energy is so much better. Pretty sure I've lost some weight and toning much better. Cellulite hardly there on my upper arms now. So impressed. Let's face it im nearly 64 so any improvement is fantastic. I haven't even started the reta or KLOW yet. Bring it on.

@Michelle Dempsey I haven’t started yet, the Berberine and Amino Acids have just arrived, I’m just waiting on the ultimate cardio to arrive, having my bloods done tomorrow. How are you going?

Phase 1 Peptides and Supplements
Getting prepared with your peptides and supplements for phase 1. I have recently set up a special site for the supplements and peptides for the program, aside from the Butterworth health, which is more male centric. https://www.peptidehealth.online Here is an example of what you need for most people, unless I have advised otherwise individually. The 20mg reta will last approximately 10 weeks The 80mg KLOW will last approximately 8 weeks The boost and ultimate cardio 4-6 weeks depending on dosage. The Ultimate cardio is specific for those wanting to address cardiovascular issues like elevated cholesterol and circulation issues. I include it as standard because the elevation in nitric oxide is a potent antioxidant to reduce any detox effects which can happen in the first few months. Also the improved macro and micro cirulation just makes the body work so much more efficiently. The BAC water is to dilute the peptides The other options I suggest but not essential is the berberine and plant based aminos. Not essential but will get you the best results. Let me know if you have any questions and feel free to order anytime you are ready and I will personally get them out to you the next day. Final thought around costs, as it does affect some. You will almost the same in food simply by using the retatrutide and following the guidelines. A rough guideline is that the average person spends around $150 per week. On average, you will eat around 30% less on the program, so you save $45 per week. Over 12 weeks that is $540 so the expense is almost offset.

@Jeff Butterworth Hi Jeff, I’ve ordered my supplements, I will complete the onboarding over the weekend, I see the GP on Tuesday for blood test referral then will get my fasting bloods done before I go away, I’m then away for two weeks and will send my blood results through to you whilst I’m away so I can order my peptides in preparation for my return and will hopefully hit the ground running the first week of March.
Blood work request form
For those working with your GP to request blood work. Here is a request form. The CAC is optional and not essential however, it is a good test to determine cardiovascular risk. You can print this form and take to your doctor.

Hi Jeff, I’ve been following yourself and Lisa for about nine years now and have learnt so much from the HHY community. My health and wellbeing are paramount and I’m keen to learn more. I’m 52 and whilst I’m very active and disciplined with my eating I’m not happy with my weight and my stress management, I’m super eager to improve on this. I’m excited to be here!

Hi, I’m 52, I’m an active mum of three boys and two Cavoodles. I love to travel, go to the beach and catch up with friends when not working.
