Push-ups was definitely the hardest. Today I completed five sets of 12. I golf today, walked 18 holes… About 6 miles. Did another 10 minutes of reading. Hard to believe I read 100 pages in the challenge. Day 10 done… great motivation to do more good things for yourself on a regular basis. Thanks MD.

Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? Push-ups, reading, intentional movement, or finding the time P.S. Just finished my push-ups for today 💪 Wait for my scream at the end 😉

Today was hard. After a tough arm morning workout, and for some reason a very sore shoulder, I managed to do the 45 via 4 x 10+5… throughout the day. Day 8 is in the books
Day 7 - Keep Showing Up 💪
We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too. Day 5 - Halfway Point 🔥
We’re halfway through the challenge, so let’s take a second to look at what we’ve already stacks up 💪 If you’ve been following along, by now you’ve already done at least 100 push-ups, read 50 pages or 50 minutes, and gotten in 50 minutes of intentional movement. That’s consistency right there - showing up every day, even when it’s small, and letting it add up over time.
