I'm out of town for a few days this coming week for a capital raising 💰 event ... and therefore, we do not have the normal Tuesday evening and Thursday mid-day calls. I've raised $10m+ over the past year, but it's mostly been for specific deal flow and outside our 506(b) fund🪣. This event is part of my new initiative to raise $2m this year specifically to add to our fund as stable investing capital. Every week I send my accountability partner, and a genuinely amazing man, 3️⃣ bullet points on what I'm going to get done during the week. These are the big rocks, not the pebbles. It keeps me focuses on controlling my calendar 📅 and time to get what's most important done first. This week I have two Skool community items on the list, and they are stretch ... and they are going to happen. 1. Add a drip campaign marketing tool for premium members 💥😁 2. Update the entire Classroom structure to have a more intuitive flow and make it easier for new members to move forward and make progress toward finding deals (the goal of the community) 💪 I'll leave the third as a mystery, but as a hint ... it will be me using Claude Cowork 🤖 to create and build something I need done. ❓ What are you doing to make sure you stay focused on the priorities each week and each day? Please write down the 1 or 2 things that are most critical for you to accomplish to move forward this week. 🛑 No ... you need to write them down first ... find a paper on your desk and write them down. Why are these the things that scare you the most? ... it seems like at least one of my items is something that scares me because I'm not sure exactly how to do it ... and it's easiest to postpone. It was a long drive back from Denver yesterday, but it's great to be home and back at it. 💥 I'm going to reset how and when we do calls starting next week. I'm planning to start having guest led calls on unique topics as one of the changes, and premium calls weekly as another. 🗣️ Let's talk about what else we can do to improve.
