CALL THIS WEEK
Hey Team! For many winter is rolling in. It was cold, wet and windy in Husky on Friday but cleared nicely for the weekend, albiet no swimming at all down there. The arm warmers are returning for some. For others.....the heat prep pushes on with Ironman Vietnam coming in hot. Let's set up some topics to talk through this week. Feeling lazy
Have a swim and easy run today, but woke up with a big case of CBF. Other than just forcing myself to do the session, probably as easy as possible to get something done. What does everyone do to get through days like this?

Must be catching I felt the same today, but for me my get out is keeping my continuous training days streak going, starting in October , today is 116 days including a race day, which in truth probably doesn’t work for many people 😉 but for now it is keeping me honest.

Question for greggo
What is the best way to go about dealing with missing sessions. Sometimes life just simply gets in the way whether it is work related or kids have a bad night or whatever it is. There is a guilt that comes with missing sessions?

I'd say Cut yourself some slack grab a refreshmentand do the next one if you can when it's due, and if it's going to go to rat for a while talk to the big man and adjust. I like Mark's small steps too 😁
