What if GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet collab to write?
Hey everyone, I've been playing around with AI writing lately and stumbled onto something pretty cool. You know how GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet each have their own strengths, right? Well, I figured out a way to kinda mash them together for some interesting results. So here's the deal: GPT models are great at structuring things logically, while Claude tends to be more creative. I always wished I could get the best of both worlds in my writing. Turns out, there's this thing called "mixture of agents" (explained in picture 4) that lets you do just that. Basically, you can ask both GPT and Claude to tackle the same writing task, then combine their outputs. It's pretty neat. You can do this manually with the ChatGPT app and Claude app, or you can use this app called mindpal dot io to make it easier. I tried it out by asking for a kid-friendly guide to large language models. GPT-4o came through with its usual well-structured format (see picture 1), while Claude 3.5 Sonnet threw in some creative analogies and made up characters to explain things (see picture 2). When I combined them, it was like... the perfect balance of clear structure and creative explanation (see picture 3). I've attached a picture of the results if you want to check it out. It's pretty interesting to see how it all comes together. Have any of you tried something like this? I'm curious what kind of writing tasks you think could benefit from this mash-up approach. Anyway, just thought I'd share this little discovery. Let me know what you think!
