Finally Cracked Dropshipping After Months of Failing
I finally hit real success in dropshipping, and honestly, I’m still shocked I did it. I’m Vergie Page, a single mother of two, working a full 9–5 every day so time is already tight. For months, nothing worked. I tested random products, rebuilt my store, burned money on ads, and questioned everything. What kept me going? Consistency. I kept telling myself: “Even if it’s slow, don’t stop. Just keep improving.” Then I tried a trending product portable mini projectors and things changed. Clean product page, simple UGC-style ads, small test budget… first 0 sales, then one, then a few, now daily consistent orders. Dropshipping works when YOU work. No magic. No shortcuts. Just staying long enough to understand what converts, even while juggling work and kids. Want to know my exact ads, store setup, budget, or how I found the trend? Ask me anything, I’ll share everything.

Notes from the Hormozi x Sam conversation at the last skool event
Happy weekend! What are you up to? Working on your skool or are you taking some time off? Before I log off to spend some time celebrating my dad’s and my son’s birthdays, I wanted to share this video with you. It’s about the conversation between Sam and Alex at the last Skool Games winners event. This conversation was so valuable. I took four pages of notes, and in this video I share the top of mind takeaways from the discussion. There are some very interesting insights, especially now that Alex has his own Skool. Check it out and let me know what you think 🤗

@Hil Kane Sure ☺️ What brings you to The Growth Studio at this point in your healing? Which area are you hoping to feel more supported in. Emotional regulation, trauma healing, relationships, or something else? In a sentence, what does ‘healing’ mean to you right now? Hope that helps?

@Madison Mama hey ❤️
Hello
Hi everyone, I'm Martin Wilson. I'm looking to learn how to grow my school. For years, I've provided free content, training, and coaching worth tens of thousands of dollars. Working in the non-profit sector, I felt that was the right approach. However, a conversation with my niece about monetization has led to some exciting changes.

First $1k client in 4 weeks (starting from scratch on Skool)
3 days ago I closed my first $1,000 client. 4 weeks ago I had no idea what to even sell. Here's what worked. Week 1: Started with a free community I knew I wanted to build something on Skool but had no clear niche. Started a free community with a broad idea, "help people start their online business." Posted daily just to see who would show up. Weeks 2-3: Let the community show me the niche Got on calls with everyone who joined, just listened to what they needed. One group kept showing up: new coaches trying to get their first clients. Made sense because I'd figured that out myself. So I stopped trying to help everyone and focused only on them. Started running people through my process completely free, got them actual results: - One landed their first paid client - Another got clear on their offer - Third one lined up 6 beta clients Week 4: Converted beta to paid Now I had proof it worked. I had testimonials. I knew exactly what people needed. Made the offer to one of my beta clients: $1,000 to scale what we'd already started. They said yes in 15 minutes and 28 seconds because they'd already seen results. The simple strategy: 1. Start free community with broad positioning 2. Post daily, get on calls, listen 3. Notice who keeps showing up - that's your niche 4. Give free results to 3-5 people (build proof) 5. Convert those beta clients to paid based on results Don't guess your niche, let your free community show you. Took me 4 weeks once I stopped overthinking and just started.
