Hi everyone - I'm brand new here and just learning about Skool and whether it will fit with my plans. I'm a professional instructional designer, with a lot of background in the corporate area. But I'm looking to start my own "thing" focusing on young adults (14+) to help them learn important life skills that they'll need to start planning their lives and get ready to get out there on their own. My Community is currently named "Life Skills with PrplJennifer." (https://www.skool.com/purple-jennifer-4304/about?ref=9b755986043b4c31b6850cbb3df9ba9c). My initial demographic will be parents of teens, homeschoolers, and young adults who are already out there but are finding out what they don't know. My courses will be professionally developed and available in a trackable LMS, but featured here. So I'll need to learn how things work in that area. Since I'm still learning, there isn't anything there yet, but I'd love to have some new members to join the chats and share your thoughts on what courses I should build. My first question for all of you is... what is one thing you wish you had learned more about before getting your first job, first apartment/home, going to college, etc.? As an example, one of the first courses I plan to write has a working title of "So You Think You Can Live on Minimum Wage."
