What would you do? 🤔
Have you ever just wanted to pause the world for a minute? Not escape it, necessarily. Just... stop the clock long enough to catch your breath. Catch up. Rest. Play. Be creative. Without EVERYTHING ELSE piling up while you do. I'm in the middle of a good book right now (The Astral Library by Kate Quinn), and there's a room in it where time stands still. You walk in, spend as long as you need, and when you walk out, everything is exactly as you left it. One of the characters uses it to work in - he brings his workload for the day, takes however long he wants, and then walks out and it's still bright and early in the morning and he goes and sells everything he just finished working on. Nobody waiting. No catching up required. It has piqued my interest, to say the least! 👉 What would you do if you had access to that room? Would you.... - sleep? - catch up on your watch/reading list? - learn a new skill? - work through your to-do list? - sit still and take a moment to breathe? - all of the above? 😜 Tell me! Let your imagination go - what would you do? Rest, work, create, or something else entirely? Drop it below!

Could I do all the chores in that room and then come out to enjoy the fun stuff with everyone?

@Misty Pastilock yes!
🥕 Carrot or 🥢 stick — which one actually gets you moving?
There are two kinds of motivators in this world: 🥕 The carrot people — they're chasing the reward. The income goal, the dream client, the feeling of finally launching that thing. The what's possible is what lights them up and gets them off the couch. 🥢 The stick people — they need a little pressure. A deadline, a consequence, a "I told people I was doing this and now I actually have to." The avoiding the ouch is what activates them. Neither one is wrong! I'll go first — I'm a carrot person with a stick backup plan. 😂 I can feel the vision all day long... and then also sign up for something public so there's an actual deadline. But anymore, I just find deadlines stressful and avoid them as much as possible. Drop yours below 👇 🥕 Carrot — the reward pulls me forward 🥢 Stick — the consequence pushes me forward 🤷 Both / It depends (And if you want to say why, I'm here for it — this stuff tells you so much about how to set up your systems and goals in a way that actually works for your brain.)

Mmm I would probably say stick but then a good carrot doesn't hurt.

Do you have a Skool community?
Do you have a Skool community? Or have you been curious about starting one? Because I'm speaking at Skool Scale Camp - a free 3-day live summit happening March 30th - April 1st. - and you should definitely be there!! We're talking 50+ speakers, live and recorded training sessions, tools and resources to launch and scale your community, and a lineup that is genuinely STACKED. I'll be teaching The 3-Hour Skool Week - my system for running a thriving Skool community without it eating your life - and I'm hoping to demo it live with someone on the call. (My session is LIVE on March 31st at 1:00 pm Eastern, but there will be a recording available!) It's free. It's live. It has a swag bag. And the community is already buzzing with 4,000+ Skool builders inside! 👉 Check out the summit community here

⏪ The Rewind Challenge starts NOW — here's everything you need
Welcome to The Rewind Challenge: Look Back to Move Forward! ☕ For the next 3 days, we're doing something a little different... Instead of adding more to your plate, we're getting curious about what's already on it. 🎯 THE ONE THING YOU'RE DOING THIS WEEK: Track what you actually do. All of it. Throughout the day. Work stuff. Home stuff. Kid stuff. The random stuff. The 20-minute scroll. The unexpected errand. The "quick" call that wasn't actually quick... All of it counts. Nothing is too small! The training is live now in the Classroom → Access the Rewind Challenge training here 📍 HOW THIS WORKS: Day 1 today — check out the training and start tracking! Day 2 tomorrow — check-in post (I'll be here) Day 3 — I'll drop a handy tool I created (demo in the training) that brings it all together and helps figure out where you can optimize That's it! Easy peasy. Just open something to write in and start noticing your day. ☕
