Not as a break from the “real work.” But AS the real work. Here’s what I know about us (all of us): we are busy. We are action-oriented. We are driven by our goals and genuinely love building what we’re building. And that very quality — that forward momentum — can quietly become a trap all on its own. When you’re always DOING, you forget what you’re doing it FOR. Play isn’t a reward for finishing. Levity isn’t something you earn after enough output. Pausing to be a human isn’t cheating. It’s the whole point! So I want to ask you something, and I want you to sit with it for a second: What are you actually building this for? (For me, it’s the ability to spend time with my family, homeschool my son, and be creative whenever I want!) And more practically — what’s one small thing you can do today to bring a little more of THAT into your day, right now?

Free users now have access to: ✅ Skills — users can use Anthropic's built-in skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) and create custom Skills tailored to their specific needs. This means you now have access to all of the custom Skills in the AI Squad, including the Skill I did a demo on in the Content Multiplier workshop. → Access the AI Squad here → Access the Content Multiplier here ✅ File Creation — users describe what they need (a budget spreadsheet, a project proposal, a client presentation) and receive a downloadable file rather than just text output. ✅ Connectors — free users can now connect Claude to Email and Calendars, Canva, Notion, Figma, and more. ✅ Compaction — Claude automatically summarizes earlier parts of the conversation as it approaches the context limit, allowing chats to continue without interruption.
