That statement has given me power over that which once had power over me. Ive learned to let the universe and my instinct guide me since that moment. Im so grateful for moments like this. My take away is that when you are able to connect your mind and body you will learn to regulate your nervous system. This will stop the back and forth chaos of an unregulated system. Allowing your body to do the job we have have blocked it from doing. Allowing us control of our state of being.

Completing my first session I feel at peace and energized all at the same time. ♡ The thing that really caught my attention was how my thoughts stopped racing. My brain is on constant overdrive. Jumping from place to place. It felt like a mental deep breath. You know that moment you work and work to accomplish a task and when your done you just sit down and relax with a sigh....that's how my brain felt. Amazing!!! Im so stoked to keep doing this every day! I know I want to try it in my morning routine. Wonder if its beneficial to do at night in addition to morning?
