PEACE WOULD BE A FUNNEL - NOT A FENCE
HOW Did Russell Know? Well, that's not the point. How Do YOU KNOW? That's not the point. THE POINT: THERE IS SOMETHING YOU, ONLY YOU, UNIQUELY KNOW - My only question is: WHEN WILL YOU LAUNCH YOUR FUNNEL? SOMEONE, FAR MORE THAN ONE, NEEDS THAT! Will you OFFER IT - HOW WILL YOU OFFER IT? NOT THAT FENCE Some fences are for protecting - (oh yes, these can be important) - Some fences are for climbing - (kids have fun) - Some fences are for peeking (views through the cracks) - Some fences are for beautifying (sure seen some gorgeous landscapers!) Funnel is a different kinda thing - it fences accordingly, it channels perfectly (ala PERFECT WEBINARS, PERFECT 60 Seconds) ----NO ONE NEEDS TO SAY "NO" NOT THAT FENCE, FOR ME, because its a PERFECT "FENCE"/FUNNEL - it's only asking each of us to DEFINE OUR CORE ONE -for me/you/us-our team, then step by step build all the aspects required - start inviting some visitors ......let it do its magic! If one day there were 11 billion PERFECT FUNNELS (minimum 1 PERFECT for every member of humankind) starvation would cease - politics would decrease - we'd have our PEACE.

Your WEBSITE isn´t broken...
Most websites fail before they ever get a real chance to work. And if you think the problem is design, you’re already looking in the wrong place. Not copy. Not tech. Not tools. They fail because of one assumption almost everyone accepts without questioning. Today, nearly everyone has a website. Businesses. Entrepreneur. Coaches. Therapists. It looks good. The colors match. The photos are professional. And still: – no clients – people leave – nothing moves Here’s the reason: Most websites are built to exist, not to move anyone. They’re treated like online business cards, something to have, not something to guide decisions. That assumption quietly kills results. A website is not a place where people browse. A website is where people decide. When someone lands on a page, only three questions matter: 1. Is this for me? 2. Why should I care right now? 3. What am I supposed to do next? If those questions aren’t answered clearly and in the right order, people don’t leave because they’re uninterested. They leave because the page gives them no direction. This is where most creators miss it. They obsess over colors, fonts, and sections, but never design the sequence of thought. And here’s the uncomfortable truth: A website can never be clearer than the person behind it. If you’re not clear on: – who you serve – what problem you solve – and what the first logical step is ▶️ NO REDESIGN WILL FIX IT Websites that work aren’t prettier. They’re structured. And structure never starts in the browser. It starts in the builder’s mind. Final question: If someone lands on your website right now and does nothing, are they confused… or are they following the structure you gave them?

Designing Your Attractive Character (by Russell Brunson)
This was from a private training I did with my Inner Circle a few years ago. The video and training never was seen after that by anyone, and I found it this week and thought that it would benefit a lot of you who are struggling to figure out how to design yourself as a character. Stephanie Dove Blake was on the original training, and afterwards dropped her takeaways (which are a pretty amazing summary of the video) - so here you go! ==== SO many incredible golden nuggets in this @Russell Brunson! Thank you! 👏 I thought I’d share my takeaways… 👉 The value of education & info you provide will keep a customer for a few years… but the value a relationship with YOU will keep a customer for LIFE. 👉 The majority of ones expertise is disseminated in the first year of a customer’s entry into your world…you can’t keep dispensing brand NEW info for the rest of your life… train on one thing in many ways. 👉 Business isn’t about core info - it’s about characters. 👉 We’re not in the info business, we’re in the RELATIONSHIP business. 👉 Those who WIN at business realize that: Your business isn’t the products you create — your business is your HERD/TRIBE/PEOPLE. They are the only business ASSET. 👉 Know your market and make sure you have “Message to Market Match” 🤩 Good, Fan-worthy Characters: 😍 - Can’t be boring - Have an origin story - Have a back story (what they did before) - Have parables  - Have experienced miracles - Have “insider” language  - Have a measure of likability  - They do likable things. (This is why comics aren’t about the villains.) - Are good at what they do - Have overcome adversity  - Are emotionally complex - Experience substantial change - Show their flaws - Have a position - Have a philosophy  - Shows courage that others want to emulate - Share their likes/dislikes - Share their failures as well as their failures - Share their beliefs - Share their pathological behaviors  - Share their incompetencies - Share their religion/belief system - Share their significant life events - Share their envy/desire
