I was in contact with a colleague who has two chow-chows, a boy and a girl, and the girl, Cosi, is 10 years old and for the past few weeks has been feeling ill. This morning she died in the arms of my friend. So that's sad and that tainted the morning mood somewhat. Her 12 year old companion, Ace, must be devastated. He too is in failing heath. After 27y I found out I have ADHD
I realised something THIS WEEK that honestly shocked me… I have ADHD wtf 🤯 When I was around 12, my parents took me to a doctor and they said I was just “hyperactive”, like most kids. I never took medication, and we didn’t think much of it. But recently I started seeing more and more ADHD content… and I related to it so much. Like, everything clicked. So I started digging deeper, learning more, and now I’m 100% sure I’ve had this my whole life. … and I’m only realising this now And honestly, I don’t really know what to do with this information. I have ADHD to the point that yesterday I randomly thought, “there must be Skool communities about this”, and I went and joined as many as I could 😅 My biggest struggle is productivity. I create content and I have my own Skool community (in Portuguese), but I can’t stay consistent. It’s like I go ALL IN for 4–5 days, super focused, motivated… and then I completely stop for 10 days. It feels like I don’t get enough dopamine to keep going. And in between, I’m constantly scrolling… wasting time, even though I know what I should be doing. Has anyone else gone through this? Any advice on what actually helps 🙏

Welcome. You're in the right place. I only pieced it together that I had ADHD last fall. I have a graveyard of incomplete projects and courses. So I can relate to your share. What's in here with Jim and the other participants is golden. The challenge is approaching... April 27.
