Psychedelic Sickness...
New Years Eve I got sick. Not regular sick. Psychedelic sickness. Mind numbing migraines. Sore throat. A cough that made me fear each breath because of the migraine pain it induced. Fever. Chills. A wisdom tooth decided to lock my jaw shut. My wife joked about my annual "man cold" until she got it 2 days ago and started her own journey through it. This wasn't the start to 2026 I planned. But maybe it was the one I needed? 3 days in bed. Sweaty. Surrendered. All the projects, content, and plans I wanted to build... they waited. Super frustrating. But I was left to sit with the pain, the surrender, and the idea that without health nothing else matters. 🕊️ A cool Spirit Download 10 days before New Years, my wife's family and I wrote down 10 intentions for 2026. We cut them into pieces, crumpled them up, and each day we'd either burn or throw away one piece without looking. Allowing spirit to guide what mattered most. Our #1 focus for 2026 would be revealed on Jan 1st. Want to guess what mine was? Health and body. The day I got sick ur hiLaRIous Spirit. But being grateful for the sickness was my mantra and as a result this sickness had 3 downloads for me that apply to both health and business. /// 1️⃣ Addition by subtraction Before I got sick I was feeling overwhelmed. The sickness forced me to ONLY focus on the few things I could actually do each day. I thought more about this and realized the path forward wasn't about adding. It was about releasing. Removal felt aligned with what my body was already doing during the sickness. Getting rid of things. Purging. I got rid of coffee. 50 Skool communities. Clothes. A load of things on my to-do list. Clutter. Expenses and subscriptions. Plans and expectations. Non-whole foods. All the apps on my phone. I even fully shaved my beard for the first time in 10+ years. I'm not done yet. I can see both in health and business I love to over-complicate things. The first step isn't adding a vision board.

I think this is so huge to learn and remind ourselves when we get off track. I love that you did the burning of the intentions, and how perfect that it was health and body! My goals for 2026 revolve around a key goal that when I hit each day help me move forward with the momentum to complete the other 5 on my list! (And the 1st one is about my health/body so I totally get it!)

Hi Everyone! Here's my first go with my ad. Obviously my hair and makeup isn't done, and I'll use a mic, but is this clear enough and showcases that I'm fun and upbeat? Captions will also be there no worries on that. What should I adjust? And here is my about page ad copy: For women with service businesses who want real freedom, not just more responsibility. Inside this free community, you’ll learn how to turn a hard‑won service business into a simple, scalable one using my Freedom Framework for women in service industries. You’ll plug into the systems, mindset, & support that let you work less, earn more, & enjoy the life you built this for. You’ll discover how to: ✅ Set clear core values so decisions & boundaries get easier overnight ✅ Build systems that free up time instead of filling it ✅ Create consistent, profitable revenue without adding more hours ✅ Lead with confidence, delegate well, & stop being the bottleneck ✅ Grow a business that serves your family, lifestyle, and long‑term goals I’m Rachel Sutton, a former overworked trades owner who grew a $1.4M company while working about 20 hours a week. Now I teach other women how to do the same without burnout, martyrdom, or hustle culture. Join free to learn the framework that gives you your life back. 💚

@Juan Rosen I agree, I think I need to pair it down for sure! It did convert pretty well but none of the members it brought in have been participating so that's interesting. Good luck with yours, you are going to do great!
I opened my first community last night!
Learned a lot from the process. Do not overthink. Avoid perfectionism. Actions over wishes. Focus on the people you want to attract. Use Dan's buyer persona Guide :) soooooooo rich Serve them and guide them (literally to your community) Be patient. Do not focus on the decorations (yea..) Other wins: I'm so excited! I have lvl 3 in this community! yay!

Recordings
HI all, do you know if I record a webinar on zoom and don't download it to my computer but automatically make a post, will it stay there forever or only 14 days?

@Artin Asghari So I did a live workshop and I want the recording to stay on a post for everyone to watch or be able to put it in the classroom and I can’t find info saying if it will stay there long term or not
