❤️‍🔥 Wow! look at me with so many steps already! A "congested" deal is coming into clarity. Multiple options available for some upfront cash to move the deal including "EMD" Multiple great contacts and conversations already. I remind myself what I posted here once (in the free community then): "2 deals closed this year. At least 3 in the pipeline for first quarter 2026"🍝
