Has Rey left us for good
Is he coming back or just leaving us and is focusing on the Monkey Mind? It would be disappointing but understandable. And for family reasons ofc. Anyone knows?

Targeted Individuals
Hi, everyone. I just wanted to know if any of you know anything about gangstalking?

@Paul Hedron Thank you, it helps a lot. So from what I understand, nothing can control me unless I give it my permission to do so. The key is to be aware and to remember who I am, is that correct?

@Erhard H. It’s very settling to read, thank you 🙏
JIDDU KRISHNAMURTI quote
"When I understand myself, l understand you, and out of that understanding comes love. Love is the missing factor; there is a lack of affection, of warmth in relationship; and because we lack that love, that tenderness, that generosity, that mercy in relationship, we escape into mass action which produces further confusion, further misery. We fill our hearts with blueprints for world reform and do not look to that one resolving factor which is love." ~ JIDDU KRISHNAMURTI

“When I understand myself, l understand you, and out of that understanding comes love.” - THIS. This is the base of unconditional love. Without expectation. It is not coming from need and desire, but from abundance and understanding that you’re the source of it. Love was never supposed to hurt but possessiveness and illusion of scarcity made relationships hurtful. Thank you for this quote ❤️
The importance of community…
Loom video on this. Do you have a community? A place that feels supportive, that people have got your back? Of so great, of not, that is not so great. You see community is necessary, whether you get it through a social circle, family, or even online communities, it is important. You know of you are someone on your mental health journey, it can be excellent just to have a community you can vent your struggles to. That is just so good for your mental health, your mind and even your nervous system. So of you haven’t already find your community whether you get it through family, friends or online communities like this one, find it.

We need community, kind of obvious, isn't it. We're all just alien monkeys and we seek for our tribes by instinct. The questions are: where? and how? The problem is in finding it when you don't really belong anywhere. It feels like in order to belong you can't really be yourself and you need to make yourself... smaller? More acceptable? More easy-going? It's like losing yourself. It would be lovely to find your tribe where you can be truly yourself, I'm yet to find one. Maybe it's my wishful thinking, maybe it's just a part of the journey. Maybe in 6 months I'll change my mind. But so far it was always a choice between being myself or being accepted. The more I learn to love myself, the more distant I become. Anyway, thanks for attending my unsolicited TED Talk.
I am your student. I am also your teacher.
I am the seeker and I am also the guidance along the path... One of the many things that I'm grateful for is the knowledge & wisdom that people share. They are either inspired, find a book, or someone shares hidden, "occult" information. The secrets of the universe. I think we all subconsciously have the wisdom inside of us already. Our higher selves know. But school, society dumbs us down, teaches us to Not think for ourselves. To Not trust our intuition or our dreams. We continue to look for answers, ask questions. THEN someone drops a seed of knowledge, shares a kernel of wisdom, puts some of the puzzle pieces together and we glimpse a bigger picture. And we begin to examine long held beliefs that were indoctrinated into us since birth. And that someone has the ability to state this information so clearly, so practically, that it clicks. (like Rey 💐) It could be multiple "someones"; they read a book, they attend a gathering, watch a video, hear someone else say it. And they SHARE it. The information takes root and blooms for everyone who desires it. That someone doesn't have all the answers. And you may know something that they don't have a clue about. You are their student. Share your wisdom and become their teacher as well.

Beautifully put. I would also add that our biggest teachers are the people who trigger us or rub us the wrong way. They show us there’s still some work to do in ourselves, otherwise there would be no trigger. It’s hard to see it at first but it comes clear when we calm down and remind ourselves. Don’t get me wrong they don’t automatically become our friends lol But it’s helpful to see what needs to be addressed.
