Day 10
I'm going over week 1 breath work and exercises by doing this I'm finding a deeper connection with myself. I felt I didn't integrate the learnings in week 1. I follow week 1 then week 2 teachings. I'm really having to look at my habits eating under stress and anxiety is my flaw, especially at night I fast every day till 12 at noon or 1 or 2pm anyrhing after 12noon , however i start to over eat at night niggt grazing ๐Ÿ˜… i have got lions mane on day 4 , to help with mind and emotions , my sleep patterns are all up n down most nights. The thing I look forward to is doing the practice It calms me and fulls my presence with stability. It's a constant reminder to hum ,breath, let go, be present , every day for me , as I have a block connecting my emotions emotionally if that makes sense. I am greatful for being apart of this group and the lovely beings in it I am greatful to learn more of myself everyday I am greatful for trusting myself I am grateful for my family Thank you all ๐Ÿฉต๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿฉต

Day 10
Thank you to everyone that gave me some guidance yesterday.๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป When I am stuck in that loop itโ€™s hard to see the things that I already know. Yesterday I decided to just observe the day and try not judge it. I could see how I created more anxiety by making up scenarios in my head,that doesnโ€™t mean that my work environment isnโ€™t the best,I just made it a lot worse. Today my mind set is different. Where focus goes energy flows โœจ๐ŸŒป I am grateful for these moments of reflection I am grateful for this community I am grateful for these lessons that allow me to grow.

Who are you when the noise softens... when the breath deepens... when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself? Today we expand our reflection on samskara through the lens of identity. ๐ŸŒ€ The Ego & the Pain Body The ego is not the enemy. It is the conditioned self shaped by past experiences. It lives in what is often called the pain body - where samskara influence how we think, react, protect, and perform. ร€e , I feel most connected to my higher self in meditation, and at ease with myself. Commiting to this practice allows me to expand, my soul knows it's good for me ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿ’ง

I'm greatful of showing up for myself everyday.
Day 3
There has been resistance in my mind however my body enjoys having a practice to follow. My mind keeps looking at the time and wanders if it's doing the breathing & postures correctly, it's quite funny to witness as my soul comforts both. I have yet to journal the feelings I come across, & My body feels great afterwards. Today I am greatful for allowing my soul to lead me
