Automating FareHarbor Bookings to GoHighLevel
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on automating a workflow after a customer completes a booking and payment through FareHarbor.
Specifically, once a payment is made on our website via FareHarbor, I want to automatically send the following booking details to GoHighLevel (GHL) using n8n:
  • Booking Time: The exact time the booking was made for.
  • Customer Name: The name of the person who booked.
  • Customer Phone Number: Their contact phone number.
  • Customer Email: Their email address.
Has anyone successfully set up a similar automation? What's the best approach to extract this specific data from FareHarbor and push it into GHL using n8n? Any insights, workflow examples, or potential challenges to watch out for would be greatly appreciated!
