The last two weeks have been difficult in terms of movement. Got some news about a surgery I need to have and it’s thrown me off my exercise plan. I am in pain and that hasn’t helped. A plus is I am mindful around protein intake and the scales is moving slowly in the right direction. This week I want to focus on daily exercise no matter how small. I get tripped up thinking I can’t walk because it’s dark or I don’t have an hour to walk. 30min is my goal daily this week. Have a blessed week. 💕

Just listened to the call. Sorry I miss it due to work. Grateful for the protein ideas. Been using orgain plant based protein powder in my breakfast shake - 30g of protein to start the day! Whey protein does not agree with me. It’s helped me hit my protein goal.

All over the place this week. My daughter turned 21 yesterday. Lots of celebrating. Getting used to the tracker, getting my walk done and gym. Heading to Port A tomorrow for the weekend. Expecting to get things going more consistently next Monday. I’m reminding myself progress not perfection!
