@Jorden Williams you made an awesome video one time about how you got your chat responses shorter and more humanistic. I tried it find it but it’s lost in the sea of skool Anyone else have some good prompting for this. Currently my chat replies are a bit long winded and I want the back and forth to be more conversational rather than information dump

Incorrect Voicemail Tagging
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue where Assistable is tagging calls incorrectly when they go to voicemail. Even though the call clearly hits voicemail, Assistable is tagging it as answered / assistant hung up instead of a voicemail or no-answer outcome. I’ve reviewed my prompt and call logic but can’t figure out why voicemail calls are being classified this way. Is there a specific setting, call disposition rule, or voicemail detection method in Assistable that controls how these calls are tagged, or a best practice to make voicemail outcomes tag correctly every time? Any help would be appreciated — happy to share call IDs if needed. @Jorden Williams I also added my own custom tags but they aren’t being added either.

Assistant Not Replying At All
I have some conversations that are just stopping dead in the water. User replies and then Assistant doesn't reply at all. No error or anything? When I try and push it through manually Assistable doesn't create a reply?

I also wanted to ask about the "answered" tag being added when the assistant reaches VM I have that happening too and because I have some if/else conditions based on tags it ends up routing the user down the wrong path because the answered tag triggers
