It also happens to be directly across the street from the only apartment I’ve ever rented. It was humble pie time, 14 years ago with my first son on the way at the time. It was $500 a month and tough to afford for me. No career, associates degree that I never picked up, two dwai’s, left the kitchen and started a job knocking doors selling cable commission only. Became obsessed with sales, self development and bigger pockets podcast’s. I always said I would buy that building, I’m putting that to bed now. I’m close enough and this one is better.
